Is there an app for Android that does pretty much what apples 3d touch does in which you can push hard on a link to get a preview of it, I’d assume you would like slide to the left on the link or something since there is no 3d touch.
Hmm i don’t know any that serves this purpose. 
you can avail that feature by installing third party launcher like Pixel launcher, Nova Launcher … etc
