Cannot change the RGB color of my prism wraith

I’m trying to change the RGB color of my prism wraith but when I go into the app it says plug in your cm device

I had the exact same issue before. Make sure you have the 2 extra cables plugged into the cooler. I finally figured it out and it got detected.

I have the same cooler. Make sure you only use the USB2 and CPU fan headers and install the wraith prism software, not the wraith max

My friend had the same issue before and he fixed it. Never asked him how tho
