Asus Vivobook Pro 14 OLED loose touchpad, is this normal?

Yeah same thought here, but there is no other laptop in this price range that checks all the boxes for creative users so i had no other choice :/
100%, I got a steal on mine. EVO i7 with a TB of storage. Flip into a virtual tablet. Touch screen. I love it, but I'm having a REALLY hard time with this "noisy" track pad. Feels like a lemon and I unwrapped it an hour ago lol

The touchpad exhibits this issue of slight touch to click sounds intermittently—it comes and goes. On the lower left particularly, this is definitely a build issue. This is a very common problem. At the service centre, they often don't agree to replace the parts and even if they do they opt to replace the touchpad as they are primarily trained on a technical level because they tend to think: 'If the touchpad is damaged, then replace the touchpad.' I've experienced this issue with my Asus Vivo book Pro 15 OLED(M3500). This problem wasn't solved till date.
