I am planning to upgrade my current rig soon enough but I am new on doing this stuff but I have small knowledge but still needed help for a confirmation.

Can this setup can run on Medium to High settings?

CPU: Intel core I3-7100 @ 3.9 GHz (2 Cores, 4 Threads) - Current
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 TI DDR 5 4GB VRAM (Possibly either MSI Gaming X or Palit Dual OC) - Upgrade
RAM: Kingston 2133 MHz 8GB RAM DDR4 (2X4 Dual Channel) - Upgrade
MB: MSI H110M-PRO-VH-PLUS - Current
ATX-520W PSU - Current

and I have a 1360x768 Monitor (60Hz) but still gonna upgrade it to a 1080P soon too, as well for my processor since I may go overbudget.

This setup can definitely run most games in low to medium settings and some games may even give 60Fps in medium settings. But to play in high and max setting you should upgrade your CPU and GPU. :)

You will get good game play experience in low to medium setting maybe 50+FPS but not good for high end gaming. GTX1050Ti is basically 750Ti on steroids so 1060 would be a better choice :)

Increasing your memory twice as current will give you an advantage over loading times and better performance with in-game draw screen and if you are using a good GPU such as 1070 or rx580 then you got the advantage over their performance.
Memory will give advantage. Im having one 8GB Adata XPG DDR4 at 3066Mhz, i wanna buy one more lately.
