Apparently when I turn on HDR and later turn off HDR then this bug occurs where the video is over-saturated and over-exposed. I've added a few images I took, how to fix this?
An update to this, I found a fix for this. Just turning off hardware acceleration in chrome solves this issue. But you will lose some features by turning it off. But until a permanent solution is found this is the only way.
