My computer wont boot windows

I have a biostar g41u3g motherboard with a Intel core 2 quad q9400 and ddr3 1333mhz 2x2gb corsair xms3 10666 and a wd7500ayys western digital hard drive and I can't get it to boot windows in any mode(repair, safe,etc)

It's been a long time since you posted this, by this time you should have fixed. update this thread if you still have this issue.
 
To fix a Windows PC that won't turn on, first try ruling out a faulty power supply or outlet. You can also try checking for beep codes, display issues, unusual BIOS settings, or troubleshoot the PC in Safe Mode. Other fixes include disconnecting non-essential devices and checking for loose components and malware.
