I ran a batch file to delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserAssist and because the UserAssist folder didn't exist it defaulted down to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ and deleted everything it could from that. I don't have any registry backups and all of my Windows settings have returned to default and the Windows settings app won't even open in Windows 10.

This is the original script that ran:

reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserAssist /f

I need some serious help and I'm afraid if I shut down I won't be able to boot back up.
