I like your advice, but I still don't quite understand external SEO. As I understand it, SEO is essentially a set of tools that allows a site to become adaptive to Google search algorithms. In other words, SEO makes it easier for the user to find the company's website by keywords.
Social networks are a separate direction in marketing, where you do not need to buy seo traffic. SNs use different strategies and methods. Perhaps you meant that a social media page is a website for small companies, and so it also requires SEO?
