Adobe is good but the monthly subscription price costs a lot.

I'm looking for a cheap PDF editor with basic features like editing, scanning, and annotating
Are you satisfied with the performance of the particular editor you are using? Can you share your experiences in this regard?

yup, what I'm using is AmindPDF. If you are looking for a cheap PDF editor, you can try it. I used adobe before, but it was too expensive that I can't afford it. I just found this app accidentally. Its monthly membership is cheaper than other apps, especially adobe. I remember only 1.99$ per month for the first time, and with all the features. Most of the other editors I've used cost between $7 and $12. Hope it helps you!
