More cells more faster charge rate can be as well as better cooling as heat is distributed.
But a more cell battery means if one of the cell fails, the whole pack fails and probability for pack failure is higher with more series cells.
I would recommend to stick to low cell count.
But there are advantages as well as disadvantages having more cells… But for me the life of the pack is the major factor I care about… So if I were you, I would buy a smaller cell count battery.
