So my mobo supports only a 2133mhz ddr4 rams but where I’m gonna buy the ram the 2400mhz is cheaper than the 2133mhz. I suppose the mobo will lock the ram’s speed at 2133mhz. Am I right, is there anything I should know about before I buy the 2400mhz ram?

Nothing, it should work at 2133 Mhz.
Only use Rams with same frequency and size.

Okay thank you!
Yes that’s possible, the motherboard will work at its maximum. In some mobos you can overclock that!
Yes! The RAM will work on the max speed supported by the mobo.
yes, you can it will set itself to the max available speed!
if the ram works but it will adjust to its maximum allowed speed in this case 2133MHz
For the most part use any speed RAM as you want but the speed will be lowered to the slowest piece. Don’t forget about timings as well!
It Will work fine just not at the max it Will lower itself
