Does AMD support DDR4 memory yet?

I did like to use AMD for my future builds but only if it support DDR4 memory. I have searched so much about this but can’t find one. But I have heard about the RYZEN which will be coming out soon, other than that is there any AMD processor that supports DDR4 memory?
