My senior dad wants Italian programming and is willing to pay for an easy to use service that is reliable. could be PC or TV with some sort of box. Anybody know anything about this kind of stuff ?

I have thought of doing that but it has to be easier than easy and 100% reliable. That’s why a pay service is an option. If it was for me that would be an option.
