i3 7350K or i5 models?

I heard about the new Intel 7th generation KabyLake i3 unlocked model which can be overclocked to 5Ghz. So is it any better?

If you want to use more single threaded programs then the i3 7350k is fine but i5 models are better for multi threaded programs and for gaming.

i5 models has more threads so they are faster in rendering and in gaming.
