My AULA F75 keyboard is not working, RGB was working fine, all keys were dead, and the Windows key was stuck white. None of the FN combos or resets worked, so I thought the keyboard was bricked. Turns out it was just a firmware issue.
You do not need any special reset steps or folders. This is what actually fixed it for me:
-
Connect the keyboard to your PC using the included Type-C to Type-A USB cable
Make sure the keyboard is in wired mode. Do not use 2.4G or Bluetooth. -
Run the AULA F75 firmware update tool (the Update executable).
Wait until it shows PASS or a success message. -
Close the updater, unplug the keyboard, then reconnect it (wired or wireless).
After this, my keyboard started working normally again and the white Windows key issue was gone.
If your RGB is working but no keys respond and the Win key stays white, it is almost always a broken firmware, not hardware failure. Reflashing in wired mode fixes it.

Download here (Incase if its not available in future) upgrade_V11_tri-2.1V-20230919.zip (986.5 KB)
Hope this helps someone and saves you the panic I went through.
