Hi I’m not sure if this is the right forum but I thinking it’s software related so I’m going to give it a shot anyways. So my company is going to open a new type of flagship store later this autumn and I wanted to ask if there is any video analytics software that is able to check how people interact or even filter people according to certain conditions like gender, what type of clothing they’re wearing, and so on. Moreover, since there will be some QR codes to scan from the digital content we prepared, we’re thinking of using IVA to check if our employees follow the instructions and help our customers. Any advice or comments are welcomed!
I worked for Uniqlo before, and they use the method you mentioned to check on shoppers and employees. As far as I know, I think some of the stores work with ALSOK and SkyREC. You can probably start there.
