Search the component you want on tweakers they give a list of prices aswell
craigslist. If you watch some Linus tech tips scrap yard wars you can see how simple it is to get good parts for cheap. Since I live in the same town as Linus I can verify just how easy it is to get parts this way. The other thing about craigslist is that people normally use it trying to make a quick buck so they are more likely to negotiate and you can get it quicker since you will be in the same locale.

AliExpress is one of the best choice , for bulk orders I prefer Alibaba.
aliexpress , alibaba both are from same group , aliexpress is focused on single order or multiple order customer but alibaba is focused on whole-sale and bulk orders.
