I have been challenging with this problem for several weeks now. I have even fresh installed my Windows 10 a couple of times.
Upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM.
Whenever I try to drag and move any of my start menu tiles to re-order them they just disappear and come back like after couple of seconds.
I can delete tiles by right-clicking and add new ones but I can’t move them.
Can the problem be caused because of my Nvidia Geforce Experience? I feel like every time I have installed it, start menu tiles stop working correctly.
