Can a GTX 750Ti edit 1080p videos easily with Premier Pro?

I have an old i3-2100 CPU so I thought to put it to use a GTX 750Ti, 8GB DDR3 RAM and a 120GB SSD storage.
Can these specs handle 1080p video editing on Adobe Premiere Pro 64 bit?

Yes u can.I'm using the same gpu.Make sure u have installed cuda toolkit to get the best performance of the GPU
