A few days ago my cyberpower windows 10 computer wouldn’t start up. Through a lot of work I discovered that the problem with my computer is that there is a “corrupt” windows update. This update was installed on 7/10/18. I have gone into safe mode and attempted to uninstall the update in programs. However the update is not allowing me to uninstall it. There is no unistall button/capability. I was able to uninstall other updates so I know how to do it. Eventually I gave up on trying to uninstall the update so now I am trying to reinstall it. I have found the link that allows me to reinstall the standalone package however it says I can not install something in safe mode. If you have any advice on uninstalling and reinstalling it would be greatly appreciated.
