How or where can I download real Dolby Digital 5.1 media with actual 6 channel audio?

There are some sites from where you can download demo videos. But if you want movies with Dolby audio then you can buy a DVD/Bluray Disk of that movie or you can use online streaming sites like Netflix that now support upto Dolby Atmos. Although Atmos is less common.
