i cant repair computer with restore system

So one my pc was doing bsods everytime i boot up the pc , so i want to use restore system but it gices this error :

rstrui.exe - Application Error

The instruction at 0xfbd2584d referenced memory at 0x00000008. The memory could not be read.


can anyone help?
