They are not bad! Its even possible to play some games on them But remember, only the Ryzen CPU's with a G(e.g. 3200G) have an integrated GPU.

They are usually to be able to play but to the minimum of graph in the majority of games, it is well

The Ryzen 3 is a four core/4 thread chip, equivalent to the Intel i5s before AMD forced Intel to up core counts. It lacks built-in graphics. You will need a video card if you want to be able to output anything with this chip.
