Why can't companies like Amazon and Netflix prevent movie piracy?

Yeah, I know that piracy has been here for ages now but now after the Covid-19 pandemic more and more movies are being released online. The effort of the film crew and their investments and very much affected due to this piracy. So why can't these streaming services enforce some good methods to prevent this?
