My sd card is non usable as I cannot formatable it, what to do?

I have a 16gb SanDisk SD card which is not usable

How old is it? Sandisk flash devices are prone to such an issue. I had a pendrive and a 16gb sd card which is useless now.

Yeah! It gets non-usable after some time my two pen drives are also not working.
