My PC won’t open up

This is my first time building a pc.My Pc turned on and booted into windows fans were spinning everything worked fine.I played around with my pc and turned the power switch on and off but when I turned it on it would not turn on.The only life I see is a white light on GPU and a blue light on case.Can anyone help I’m a noob

Are there any lights on the motherboard?
Try removing and inserting the Ram again maybe on another slot
