Cell phone can't connect to laptop via bluetooth

Hi,
Actually the bluetooth was working fine and the cell phone and laptop was connecting to each other. But I unpaired them and after a few minutes I paired them again. But after pairing, cell phone and laptop can’t connect to each other for transferring calls but they can exchange files. I tried updating the driver and checked bluetooth settings but it didn’t work. I’m using windows 10 laptop.

Can calls be transferred via Bluetooth to laptop ?

No. They can’t anymore

It wont work on windows but it will work on Linux. You can download blue soil or some third party apps like that which may give the functionality.
