I’m looking for the best Graphic Cards for gaming with $500 in my pocket, could you guys give me any reccomendation(s)?

RTX 2070 will you a good job running nearly any game you throw at it and will do for a long time. Atleast another 3-4 years.

You can easily pick up a new RTX 2070 like GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 DirectX 12 GV-N2070WF2-8GD Video Card - Newegg.com or get a used 2080 maybe.

That’s the dilemma right there, a brand new RTX 2070 sure nice, but a secondhand RTX 2080 in good condition is also a good consideration. I might have to think this through and consult this matter with a friend. But thanks for you advice(s) guys!

Yeah, it depends on the deal you can get on used cards! Maybe just wait and keep looking for deals

I always hesitant to but used stuff are used cards usually pretty safe?

If you are looking to just throw out 500 you could probably do a 2070. But you can still find sales on generations like 1070ti and such for far less price but not that much of performance loss. Definitely compare benchmarks and don’t be tricked by a higher number.
